Install QCLObot

Operating Environments
----------------------

- Python 3.5 later
- ProteinDF (https://github.com/ProteinDF/ProteinDF)
- Python module
  - ProteinDF_bridge
  - ProteinDF_pytools


Install
-------

Clone a copy of the main QCLObot git repo by running:


.. code-block:: bash

    git clone git://github.com/ProteinDF/QCLObot.git


And, enter the source directory and run build script:


.. code-block:: bash

    $ cd QCLObot
    $ python setup.py install
